Enfamil Gentlease Powder, 12.4 oz. is an infant formula with partially broken-down proteins that is especially designed to alleviate fussiness, gas, and crying in 24 hours. It uses an easy-to-digest, partially broken down milk protein blend that is patterned after breast milk. Its whey and casein ratio is 60:40. This formula is nutritionally balanced and provides complete nutrition for babies through 12 months. It also has sufficient amounts of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (ARA) which promote proper brain and eye development. Both DHA and ARA are also found in breast milk. Enfamil Gentlease also contains an exclusive blend of dual prebiotics that supports the development of the immune system.
According to manufacturer guidelines, the milk powder can be stored at room temperature. Once the can has been opened, it must be kept tightly covered and stored in a dry area. Powder must be consumed within 1 month from being opened and should not be frozen or exposed to excessive heat. It should also be consumed by the date on the bottom of the can.
